Calculate my monthly saving

All figures below are monthly, so you can compare them directly to the Staffora fee.

UK figures use HMRC 2026/27 rates: employer National Insurance at 15% above £5,000 a year, and auto enrolment pension at 3% of qualifying earnings. The Staffora fee shown is an example until confirmed on your call. HR time, sickness cover and holiday cover are left out, so the true UK cost tends to be higher still.

Roles we can fill.

Why we chose Morocco

A serious talent pool, one hour from London.

Morocco has quietly become one of the biggest offshoring hubs in Europe's time zone. The government backs it with real money, the universities feed it with graduates, and the workforce is fluent in the languages UK and European businesses actually speak.

130,000+ already work in Morocco's outsourcing sector A $1.4 billion a year export industry serving UK and European businesses.
Perfect spoken English as a baseline, not a stretch Every candidate passes a spoken and written English assessment before you meet them. Many also speak French and Arabic.
UK time zone for most of the year Three hours from London by plane. Morocco adopted year round time close to the UK in 2018.

Built around European business

Supporting UK and European companies is one of Morocco's biggest industries. The people you hire grew up around British and European working standards, treat these roles as proper careers rather than side hustles, and bring the professionalism of an office hire, not a freelance gig worker.

Universities build for this market

Public universities like Mohammed V in Rabat, Hassan II in Casablanca and Al Akhawayn in Ifrane now teach three year integrated programmes modelled on France's Grandes Ecoles, with specialist tracks in business admin, finance, data and digital. Casablanca Technopark and Rabat Technopolis sit alongside them.

Stable, pro business and ranked first in Africa for governance

Morocco jumped from 130th to 53rd on the World Bank Doing Business index over a decade, and ranks first in Africa for governance (World Bank, 2024). It has had a stable monarchy and a predictable business climate throughout, with strong trade links to the UK, France and Spain.

Why fully managed beats hiring remote staff alone.

Most of the horror stories about remote staff come from the same three places. Our management setup is built to shut each one down.

The noisy household

The problem. They're taking calls from a kitchen with kids, builders or a loud spouse in the background. Your customers hear it. It sounds unprofessional and it slowly costs you trust.

Our fix. Every Staffora team member works from a proper office environment, with noise cancelling headphones and a backup connection. Your customers hear clean, focused audio, as if the person was sitting one desk over from you.

The secret side work

The problem. You pay for 40 hours a week. They quietly take on two more clients and give you half the output. You see it in missed deadlines, slow replies and work that looks rushed.

Our fix. Our contracts are exclusive to you. One client per team member, full stop. We monitor working hours and act fast on any signs of moonlighting.

The unmanaged drift

The problem. Nobody is checking they're actually at their desk. Start times slip. Lunches stretch. By the time you spot the gap in output, you've paid for weeks of hours you didn't really get.

Our fix. A UK based account manager runs daily clock in and clock out, random attendance checks and a direct feedback line. You lead the work. We make sure they're at their desk doing it during every chargeable hour.
